Park views Apartment -Time to relax

A small but amazingly cozy apartment with forest and mountain view making you feel like you are at the camp but with all comforts. At the second floor of newly built modern block of flats, you will find the relaxation you need. The 45 m² gorgeous apartment has been built since 2005 , equipped with safety door.It has one bedroom with double bed, one large bathroom with washing machine, one spacious living room with dining table, couch (with the utility of a single bed) . There is also a modern kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware, glass-ceramic hob, oven,dishwasher, large fridge, toaster, electric juicer, cofee maker and drawers with forks, knives, spoons, plates, cups, pots. Also milk and sugar, coffee, tea, cereals, biscuits, cooking oil, vinegar, salt, pepper etc, Other facilities: - Large balcony with view in the Park and in the mountain - 32'' flat screen TV - 2 A/C inverter -Heating system - Iron with ironing board -washing machine - Hair dryer -fitness equipment into the park in front of the building - tennis court very near to the apartment The location is perfect for moving around Peloponnese, only 8 minutes walk from the beach and just in front of two tennis courts (!) Bicycling is the best means of trasport. Our apartment is equipped by a safety door. Also there is a large tropical wooden table with same wooden arm-chairs in the veranda.
