Living in nature with a magnificent view

Relaxing in nature with a magnificent view over the landscape of the "Vulkaneifel". The center of Gerolstein with its possibilities for shopping and dining can be reached in a distance less than 5 km. From the rail way station points of interests are readily accessable. The famous hiking trail "Eifelsteig" can be reached adjacent by just going outside to the forest. The magic celtic fortress "Dietzenley" is close by and the unbeleavable large spruce tree "Königsfichte" should not be missed. The flat is located in a 2 floor building on ground level. The living area is about 56 square meters plus a utility room (of about 10 square meters). The entrance can be reached via stairs. There is the possibility to go downstairs from the main entrance of the building with about 20 steps or to use the garden entrance by going upstairs using 5 steps. I leave the guests their free space, however I will be always available when a question will apear. A quiet neighborhood with lovely people. Next train station is Gerolstein. An excursion to other towns like Trier can be started from there. A bus station is right next to it. A lot of interesting bicycle paths can be used to dive into this wonderful nature with large forests, a waterfall, and the Eifel lakes called "Maare", which are readily reachable by bicycle or hiking.
