You can see a lot of birds, deers and even elks. But it´s still in town, 10 min away from supermarkets. The only cabin in the cul-de-sac. Lot’s of paved parking. Super safe gated community. We have a birdhouse outside the window, so you will be able to wake up watch a lot of birds from the bed. Paved street and a lot of space for parking. We have a big property, where you can walk or even hike and connect with nature. You will have your own space and privacy, but we will be available for you in case you need something. You can walk around the property, it is a super safe neighborhood, with friendly people around. Supermarket -10 min Starbucks -15 min Gas station -10 min Carlos´s donuts-10 min ( the best local donuts in town) Sheets and towels washed with Lysol laundry sanitizer. Very simple common rules, respect the property, the neighbors and be clean. we encourage you to respect the neighbors, and the property, No smoking allowed inside the house, a 200 fee will apply for breaking this rule No partying, excessive visitors, loud noises. if you have children please look after their mess You are entitled to eat all that's in the fridge or cabinets Don't move around the furniture, the hardwood floor can be damaged When leaving please make sure to turn all lights, water and ac off to avoid fire, floods, or electric accident .
