San Lameer Villa 13928 with panoramic sea views

San Lameer is a beautiful, secure country estate in Southbroom located in a very prestigious golf course. When you arrive, you are completely surrounded by unspoilt nature and of course, a panoramic sea view from the house. The estate boasts a SPA, tranquility, wildlife roaming free, a variety of bird species and just a short walk from a beautiful beach! This villa has been furnished for 8 people (max. 6 Adults) to a high standard featuring new crisp white linens and mattresses, very comfortable beds, high speed Internet and professional hairdryers. It Is fully air-conditioned for your comfort, has many TV channels on DSTV as well as a separate DSTV unit in the kids room so you can watch separately. You have the option to use the regular BBQ or gas. You will find modern amenities like a nespresso machine, nutribullet juicer, baking equipment and a well equipped kitchen for those who love to cook and entertain. The house has a music player which can be synched to your smartphone or any other bluetooth-enabled device. The villa is a safe place for little children as there are doors and gates that can be closed to keep them close. We also have some baby equipment such as kids cutlery, plates and cups, toilet seat and step as well as a variety of board games, playing cards, puzzles, kids stationary, beach toys and many more. Please enquire if you need anything specific to make your stay more enjoyable. In addition to the above, we have equipped the villa with a 10 minute cycle-heavy duty washing machine and dryer as well as a dishwasher. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome pack which includes milk, 10 Nespresso capsules and a local bottle of wine. The villa is already stocked with basic items which is freely available to the guests. These items include spices, sauces, tea and coffee. We kindly request that items are replaced once depleted for the comfort of the next guests. Don't forget to bring extra Nespresso capsules if you enjoy your coffee! Once you arrive at the resort, you will be required to sign in at the gate for security reasons, upon which you will receive the keys and fob to access the secure premises. You will receive all this information prior to arrival. Inside the villa you will find a manual that contains very useful information that will make your stay much more enjoyable. You will also find contact details for the villa owner, maintenance and cleaning lady. In the manual which you will find in the villa, we have listed many options and activities in the area for you to do. Get a map of the resort from the reception upon your arrival to ensure that you can locate all the wonderful things you can do! Mostly everything is walking distance from the vila but you can access everything by car should you wish. You have the option to hire the golf cart which will be available for your private use once you request this as part of your rental. Please see the 'Things to note' section above for more information. 1. Daily cleaning and linens, as well as swimming towels are included in your rental. You are welcome to request washing and ironing free of charge but you will need to supply the detergent. More information can be found in the villa. 2. Only one car and a trailer or two vehicles are included in the cost of the rental. Any additional vehicles will be charged for separately. 3. We have a golf cart to hire at R300 a day (approx 14 EUR). The cost of the rental includes one full tank of petrol only, which you do not need to refill upon your departure. For subsequent tanks, this can be refueled with petrol available from any garage. If you wish to hire the cart please let us know as this requires a separate payment to the housekeeper upon arrival. We regret however that the golf cart has to be hired for the duration of the rental period as this cannot be managed on a day to day basis. 4. Please note that San Lameer is a pet free resort due to the presence of its natural wildlife. We love animals too, but unfortunately dogs or other pets can be a danger to these animals that roam freely. 5. Its prohibited to feed any animals, especially the monkeys that visit the villas on a daily basis to find food. The monkeys will be a very big nuisance if you start feeding them as they are known to ransack homes and damage property. 6. Please note that the Villa now includes fiber internet throughout the home. Log in details will be provided upon check-in. 7. Please note the check-out time is 10am. You can request a later check-out which will be considered in the event that there are no same day changeovers. The late check out if free until 2pm. Please however do not overstay this time without previous arrangements as this may impact our subsequent check-in.
