It comprises on the ground floor of a kitchen/living space with comfy sofa, tv and coffee table. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine Downstairs a Wet room room with powerful shower and built in fixtures. Up the stairs is a light and airy bedroom with two single beds that can be joined to form a super king Dedicated off road parking in a private drive way 150m from the road. The parking is directly outside the cottage giving easy access with no steps. The cottages are all within the grounds of Court lodge a large country house built circa1700. The house sits surrounded by Lamberhurst golf course where you can enjoy 18 holes on a pay per play basis ending at the 19th hole. Close by is Scotney castle with its beautiful grounds and historic house. Bewl water and Bedgebury national pinetum, all offer endless fun and activities Lamberhurst village is a short 10min walk and has two pubs a village shop and a tea room. Royal tunbridge wells is a 15min drive and offers shops bars and restaurants. Please not the two single beds lock together making a super king bed if required.
