A gorgeous, modern property situated just across from the indoor swimming pool and craft centre at New Beach Holiday Park. This static mobile home has double glazing, electric heating, four bedrooms and a bathroom with the toilet in a separate room to make sharing the facilities easier. Up to ten guests can stay in this beautiful property, with a double bed in the first two bedrooms, two single beds in the third and fourth bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the spacious living area. The bathroom has a shower and sink, with the toilet in a separate room - extra convenient for families and groups of guests as the facilities can be used at the same time. This holiday home has been decorated beautifully throughout in a modern style, with little touches of decor such as aesthetic pot plants and wall art. The colour palette is contemporary but warm - soft neutrals with pops of yellow. Stepping into the property you find yourself in the unique central living area, with the bedrooms situated at either end of the home for additional privacy. This open-plan area is light and spacious, with a stylish dining table and chairs set on one side and a large wraparound sofa on the other. The sofa has plenty of space to gather around and relax, decorated with cosy accent cushions. It faces the TV and a coffee table stands at the centre to rest drinks or a good book. Stepping through into the kitchen area, you find all the appliances you could need to prepare meals during your stay. There's an oven, stove, microwave, toaster and kettle, plus a large fridge-freezer to store plenty of shopping. The cupboards are stocked with cookware and tableware for cooking and enjoying meals, but if you don't fancy the hassle there are two restaurants on-site just a couple minutes' walk away! This property also benefits from its own WiFi, and is situated only a short walk from parking by the swimming pool. Towels and bedding are included, together with gas and electricity on the terms of a fair use basis. This property is pet-friendly and all our properties are no-smoking. Contactless check-in. There's plenty of modern facilities having undergone a major refurbishment in 2018. The new entertainment complex stages amazing live shows throughout the holiday season and the amusement arcade provides fun for all the family. Children can be kept entertained by the Segways, kid's club and the adventure playground. Those looking to relax can take a dip in the indoor heated pool or enjoy a drink in the lounge bar next to the super-size TV screens. The Neptune Pub & Carvery and the on-site clubhouse and restaurant provide great food and drink with a takeaway service. The park is also the perfect base for visiting the area's many tourist attractions, including the Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Light Railway, and Port Lympne Safari Park, both just a 10-minute drive away. Explore the historic local coastline, including the amusements at the sandy beach of Dymchurch and the coastal market town of Hythe. Go fishing or boating in the Royal Military Canal or even take a day trip to France with the Eurotunnel a 20-minute drive away. Less than a 30-minute drive will take you to the scenic headland of Dungeness or the golden sands of Camber, and just beyond is the medieval town of Rye, a beautiful Cinque Port with a nature reserve and quirky independent shops, art galleries, pubs and tearooms.
