New-built cottage next to the cow-berry forest

New-built cottage on our yard but yet private and secluded with the cow-berry forest as your closest neighbour in Östnor a few km northwest of Mora. Here we enjoy the beautiful surroundings and a peaceful and quiet life. NB! Check-out cleaning, bed sheets and towels are not included in the price for this cottage and is arranged by guests themselves or pre-booked for an additional fee. For more information: see below. ___________________________ In the picturesque village of Östnor you can get a really nice experience of the Dalecarlia life and culture. With its large forests, skiing area, outdoor gym, ice-hockey-rink, bicycle/hiking tracks, and the Österdalälven river nearby this is the perfect place for family and/or friends to come and spend an active vacation or just enjoy the peaceful surroundings and calm near-nature lifestyle. The cottage, just by the forest edge, is new-built (October 2020) and contains two separate bedrooms with four beds in total, one bathroom with shower and a living room/kitchen with a sofa-bed for two. Bedroom 1: Two single beds (80 cm) that can be placed together as a double bed. Closet. Shelves. Bedroom 2: Bunk bed (90 cm) for two. Shelves. Living-room: Sofa-bed for two, sofa table, TV with basic Swedish channels, lamp. Kitchen: Kitchen table with room for six, microwave oven, induction hob, oven, fridge and freezer. Bathroom: WC, sink, cabinet, mirror, shower. Other: Wifi (unlimited amount), parking, locked storage for skis. Possibility to lock bicycles in garage. Check-out cleaning not included. Payment with Swish or cash if you don't have Swish. I live in the house next to the cabin and I am most times availible between 9 AM and 10 PM. I usually respond quickly to e-mails and phone calls. We are kind of introverted so if we just wave at you from the window at your arrival you know why. :) Close to nature and a silent and relaxing environment. Much to experience in the village such as skating, biking, hiking and nature. Cross-country skiing: Hemus (10 mins), N. Garberg (35 mins) or Orsa Grönklitt (35 mins). Alpine skiing: Gopshus (15 mins), Gesunda (25 mins) or Orsa Grönklitt (35 mins). Adventure- and theater park for children of all ages Santaland - 25 mins. The Troll- and clown forest playground - 10 mins walking distance. Mora city (10 mins). Biking: the local forests or bicycle tracks. Canoeing: Österdalälven nearby or Orsasjön/Siljan a few kms away. Golf: 5 mins by car. Geocaching: good all around Mora and Orsa and also the PIG-trail with 500 caches south of Mora. Busses to Mora Mon-Sat approx. 500 meters away.
