Large old house, quiet with private pool

The house is located in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park on 2 ha of meadows and woods, quiet and in the sun. It is fully restored and designed to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor consists of a large living room (70m2), a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs are a mezzanine, a library area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The terrace shaded by a pergola is very pleasant for dining facing the setting sun, it opens onto the garden and the 4x9m swimming pool. All the rooms are spacious and bright. Arrival is on Saturday from 4 p.m., departure on Saturday around 10 a.m. In low season the house is available for rental from three nights at a rate of 180 € per night. We will be happy to welcome you, facilitate your stay and make you discover the region and its activities in all seasons.
