Three Woods View. Leicestershire

We are located in the village of Whitwick in the heart of the national forest with local woodland walk, parks and beauty spots and a short 20 minute drive from Donington Park race track There is 2 bedrooms 1 being a double and the second being 2 singles and a shower room between. There is a basic kitchenette with microwave kettle mini fridge with plates bowls and cutlery The guest rooms are self contained from the main house overlooking our gardens and out onto the local woodlands. Our self contained guest suite is tastefully decorated and cosy. The garden is on 3 levels with a lawn and plenty of seating areas and is maturely planted and guests are welcome to use our sheltered decked area with outside kitchen, barbecue and sink. Inside the suite there is no living room however there is a sheltered seating and dining area at the most 3 steps outside the door. The guest suite as it’s own private access. Guests must park cars in a place that do not cause obstruction to other residents and access We like to give our guests space to enjoy there stay with us, however someone is always on the premises to ask questions and or need any information on the local area. The neighbourhood is quite and peaceful, there are a few pubs takeaway restaurants and shops within walking distance and 5 minutes from woodland walks We are situated within half a mile of the national cycle network. Walking distance from Grace dieu wood and Manor House ruins, a monestry and many other walks in the area, we also in the heart of the national forest. We are on a bus route for East Midlands airport and surrounding areas Breakfast is an on the go style and consist of cereals, Porridge, Pastry’s, Cereal Bars, Milk and Fruit Juice
