This unique Carriage Apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the southwest area of Stillwater. The spacious studio living space has a Queen bed, TV, dining table, and south facing windows. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster oven, half size refrigerator, electric kettle, stove, & dishware/pots/pans. A study alcove occupies the stair landing; internet service is provided. Parking is free on the cul-de-sac. It is a 12 minute drive to the OSU campus. The space is perfect for one or two people, maximum. Guests will be afforded total privacy, however the apartment is above the garage and on occasion the electric garage doors may be heard. No pets are allowed, thank you! And absolutely no smoking is allowed on the premises. The apartment is upstairs, so the ability to climb stairs is required. If guests require anything during their stay, we are available by email and text. Country Club Estates is an established neighborhood with families and no other rental properties nearby. There is a 5' wide sidewalk along 19th street that allows for as much as a six mile round trip morning run, or a leisurely evening walk in the Stillwater Country Club Golf Course cart trail. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets can often be enjoyed here! This neighborhood is a 12 to 15 minute drive to the OSU campus. There is a Walmart Super Center less than 5 minutes away. There is absolutely no smoking on the premises. No pets are allowed.
