This self contained Bell Tent has everything you need for a safe private break away with no one else around. Close to the North Downs Way, M25 and Merstham station with easy access into London or South Coast. Exclusive use of a private bathroom and swimming pool. I live on site with my family so am available for any questions. Easy access to roads and motorway does come with some noise but Surrey Hills is an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The property is privately gated and parking is free on site. There is a fire pit and wood can be purchased £5/bag. Small outside kitchen area with cool box and camping cooker. All plates, cutlery, pots and pans provided. Bedding/towels can also be provided or you can bring your own.
