This is a large 18th century renovated farm in granite (250 m2). Located at the edge of the forest, at 1100 m altitude in the mountains of Margeride ... in the heart of the region where the Beast of Gevaudan (museum and site) occurs. The house provides all the comforts of a principal residence for a pleasant stay in the country and accommodates up to 8 people + a baby. All baby equipment is available. It is for nature lovers and still wild and unspoiled landscapes. Particularly quiet environment, near the forest, which allows directly from walk without taking the car (hiking guide provided). Beautiful river swimming (supervised) in various villages, whitewater sports in the gorges of the Allier River(canoeing, rafting, kayaking,canyoning). Fun activities in towns or villages nearby : tennis, several sites of tree climbing, via ferrata,... Tours / excursions: Museums documenting the story of the Beast of Gévaudan, Park bison (Jaunting summer/ winter sleigh) and Wolf Park in Lozère. Day trips as possible to the Auvergne Volcano Natural Park (Vulcania), Cantal, Sancy, Clermont-Ferrand, even the Gorges du Tarn and the Cevennes.
