Big house with pool near the sea

A house with 4 bedrooms (4 really good king size beds: All hand made in Sweden or Norway). There is a living room downstairs and a TV room upstairs as well. The entrance floor have a big open area comprised of entrance hall, kitchen and living room. The house is really well equipped. The best side of the house is the sunny garden - sun from early morning til late evening (well, it is limited sun hours winter time in Sweden). Pool, and connected patio with furnitures and BBQ, is in south direction for enjoying the sun in the best way. Trampoline and some outdoor games is available as well. A 5.1m motor-boat (on trailer) can be rented upon request. You will have access to the whole house. Our belongings will however be in closets etc... But there is space for storage for you as well. I do fairly quickly respond to AirBnB messages (most often immediately, but it may take some time if I am busy with something). Use Phone/SMS for urgent matters. A new bathroom is constructed on the upper floor, so one have to get on with the one and only bathroom on the entrance floor. A toy puppy is normally living in the house. Bring towels and linnen - pillows and blankets are available. Blankets are normal size, while under sheets needs to be for 180 beds (possible to borrow in case you don't have). Consider sandals or something suited for wooden patio (risk for wooden chip, mainly thinking of running kids).
