Tranquil Garden House in Woodingdean village. Perfect location to enjoy Brighton, Rottingdean, Lewes and the surrounding South Downs. A home from home, with everything required within easy reach. The property has it's own key safe so no need to arrive at a certain time for 'check in'. The Space. Newly refurbised, clean and quiet Entire House, ideal for couples and families. This property can sleep up to 4 people. The first bedroom is lights and airy, it has a brand new double bed, mattress and mattress topper. The second bedroom also has a brand new single bed and mattress with an additional bed and mattress that can be pulled out from under to make a large double. Shower room and toilet. Slick, newly furnished lounge with French doors, comfy sofa, dining area and Smart TV. Beautiful and very bright kitchen with bistro table (seats up to 4) all the mod cons,dishwasher, washing machine, two ovens and grill, Nespresso machine, Nutribullet and microwave. The kitchen opens onto the patio and garden, especially useful for BBQ days. The garden is my favourite part of this house, a beautiful lawn bordered by gorgeous flower beds and a patio with dining area to eat al fresco and enjoy the sunshine. It is so peaceful, I love to sit here and listen to the birds...bliss! There is a driveway to park your car and on road parking is free if required. Bus stops at either end of the road that take you into central Brighton, Rottingdean, etc. Post office, corner shop and off license a short walk away. There is a Fish and Chip shop, The Down's Pub, Tesco and a Co-op a 3 min drive away. Good restaurants, beach and shops in the beautiful village of Rottingdean (5 min drive). Brilliant location for any football fans as the Amex Stadium is very close, 'park & ride' is usually availbale form The Down's pub, Woodingdean. Sussex University and Brighton University Falmer Campus' are very close too! The historical town of Lewes is a 13 minute drive away. Not to be missed! So many other beautiful villages and towns in this area. This property is a great base for exploring the area. The ENtire place is yours for your stay! Circa Deli is a lovely spot for a good cup of coffee with a fantastic view of the rolling coastal hills and the sea.
