Hosting three double bedrooms (all with en-suite) this cottage can sleep up to six people. Inside, you will also find a fitted kitchen, dining area, utility and sitting room with open fire. To the outside, is off road parking and a lawned garden to the rear with furniture. Situated in a charming, countryside setting, Butterlands Farmhouse is a lovely retreat in a rural part of England. Electric oven and hob, Oil-fired Aga (which is lit between September and May), microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFI,Full Sky Package, selection of books, games and DVDs. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden to the rear with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.1 miles, pub 1mile (serves food). Please be aware of sloped ceilings and beams in bedrooms. Limited head room in some doorways. Region: The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales. Town: Biddulph nestles in a green valley. Known as 'The Garden Town of Staffordshire' it prides itself on the display of flowers throughout the town which can be seen from spring through to late autumn. There is a collection of activities to occupy visitors, from the National Trust owned Biddulph Grange, with its renowned gardens, Egyptian temples, oriental pergolas. The town has two delightful country parks to explore, and the short distance to the Peak District National Park makes this town very popular with walkers and hikers.
