Cozy riverside cottage

Cozy wooden cottage right next to the river. This lovely cottage is situated right on the St François river with its own private dock, a canoe and a pedalboat. It has a wooden deck with a patio set and a barbecue. It can accommodate a maximum of four people. There is electricity, heating and a shower with hot water. The dishes, bedding and towels are included in the rental. The grassy yard has a fire pit and the firewood is included. There is a tv with a DVD player for rainy days. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The neighbors are partially visible, but are discreet and keep to themselves. This cozy place is perfect for getting away from the city and spending time close to nature. I value my clients’ privacy, but can be easily reached by phone, text or e-mail if there is a problem or if you need anything. The cottage is a five minute drive into town, where there is a grocery store, a pharmacy, restaurants, a gas station, a variety store, etc. Basically, everything you may need is easily accessible. You will need a car to get there. It is a gravel road, but you can bring your bicycles, it’s really fun to ride around on the cottage roads. You might even spot a deer or a wild turkey.
