A lovely stone and wood-built, peaceful, family villa, ideal for those looking to get away from everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet and a quiet glass of wine by the pool, with only the crickets' songs to break the silence! The village of Vrachati with its cafes and restaurants is a short 500m walk down the road, close enough to find crowds if you wish and far enough not to be bothered by them! Ideal for those looking for a peaceful oasis, Orange Villa is a stone and wood-built two-bedroom jewel above the Bay of Corinth and the village of Vrachati. It is part of a two-house gated complex with a private pool and a huge garden. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, with italian bed linen and plush towels. The kitchen houses all the necessary utensils for the enthusiastic cook to whip up meals to serve on the porch or even throw on the BBQ with the amazing garden and pool of the Villa unfolding at your feet! The private pool 4X8X1,4m is at your disposal for cooling off in the hot summer months and sunbathing on the loungers, working on your holiday tan! Lemon Villa is comprised of a 2 floor building. On the top floor, you get 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom while on ground floor you get one extra bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room with a fireplace. Outside, you get a 4X8X1,4m swimming pool and a 2 acres garden at your disposal. Wifi, air conditioning and/or heating is all included, as are the second-to-none services of the Corithian Villas team, at your beck and call for anything you may need during your stay! The entire house, garden and the land around the house is only for you. There is another house at the back side of the land but they are limited to their garden so the full land is for you. You can also access the farm in the back of the house to handpick oranges and lemons from the trees if you wish. Someone will always be around to assist you if needed and i am always available over the phone. Vrachati is a small seaside village in the area of Corinth. For most of things you do here, you do not need a car rather than your feet or a bicycle. The sea, super markets, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. -In terms of heating in the winter, there is a closed combustion fireplace which heats up most of the house as long as it's running and you are free to use it with the firewood provided. If you need to use central heating, it runs on petrol and you will be charged for the amount of petrol that you burn. Nothing else is being charged for. -Our lovely dog Gilda, is always in the farm ensuring your safety. She is a Greek Shepherd guarding the entire farm and she is absolutely friendly and calm once she knows you are friendlies. You will most certainly love her. She is excellent with children. We suggest having her around but if you absolutely do not want her around we can constraint her. -A bicycle is offered that you can use, however if you damage it or get it stolen you will have to pay for it.
