The studio is about a mile from the sea, less than three miles to a lively market town, and a 1:30min train journey into London from the nearest station. Light, modern, open-plan studio with kitchenette, shower-room, wood-burner, and underfloor heating. The sofa can be converted to a bed and an additional folding bed can be provided. The studio is surrounded by ¼ acre of private mature gardens with a pond and patio area for outdoor dining. There is a wood burner in the studio. A supply of kindling and firewood will be provided on the first night. There is ample off-road parking. The studio key can be obtained from an outdoor lock box with a code. If the lock is stiff, try jiggling the key as you turn it. The owner lives in the neighbouring house and can be contacted by mobile or messaging during your stay. The nearest public transport is approximately 3 miles away. Faversham or Teynham stations are the closest. Faversham offers a direct high-speed train to London.
