Eleni Villa I for 4-5 pers.- first floor - in Horto Pelion

El Villa I & II are located in Horto about 46 km south of Volos and 3 km from Milina. Our Villa is located 150 m away from the beach. Nearby you will find shops, taverns and restaurants. In a large property of 1800 sqm you will find a well-kept garden surrounded by many trees and plants, a swimming pool (4 X 6 m and depth 1.20 to 1.50 m) and a barbecue area. The accommodation consists of Villa 1 which contains two apartments and Villa II which is a duplex house. Please note that the swimming pool, garden and barbecue area are available for all the guests of both villas. Cleaning, linen and towels change takes place every four days. The bed linen and towels can be changed also earlier by request. Apartment with air conditioning for 4-5 persons has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a spacious living room with sofa bed and sleeping accommodation for a 5th person, dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment on the upper floor has a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture and is 74 square meters (+ balcony).
