Summary: Our newly remodeled, custom home is located on the crystal blue waters of Silver Lake in Northern Michigan. The house was built with intention to give us comfort and a place to nest in, but something to also inspire. The views of the captivating blue waters from our living room, kitchen, deck, and sunroom do just that! *Now offering an on-site pontoon boat rental! Between the vaulted ceilings & open main floor, there is a fluid atmosphere to keep you and your family or friends connected during your stay. Along with seating for the whole family, we provide you with a fully-stocked home, a boat rental option on-location, a comfortable and large outdoor area (patio, deck, & yard that lead to private frontage on Silver Lake!), multiple TV’s, games, and books for you to enjoy. The kitchen behind the living room has a large island, tall cabinets, and plenty of essentials stocked for extravagant meals! The whole family can easily fit and lend a hand in prepping, or just sitting back and enjoying conversation. Walking through the two sliding glass doors off of the kitchen, the deck can be found overseeing the lake, our back yard and bonfire area. There is plenty of outdoor seating for you to relax on. One favorite feature of the home is the sauna downstairs in between the two bedrooms, as well as the wet bar. We do not provide drinks for the bar but you are welcome to bring your own and use it as you'd like. The second living room sits in front of the wet bar and behind two more glass doors leading to the backyard and patio area. There is so much to do on Silver lake, whether it's kayaking, swimming, fishing, or boating you are sure to enjoy your time in our beautiful home. Outside of the home, downtown Traverse City is a short drive away and there you can amp up the fun and exploration of Northern Michigan. With many local shops, cafes and restaurants to try you will surely never be bored or have a hard time finding something to do! Upon booking with Bayshore Vacation Rentals, you will receive a great reference for recommendations in the area! The Space: Sleeping arrangements: Master bedroom: One king bed sleeping 2 (main floor) Bedroom 2: One full bed sleeping 2 (main floor) *note this room does not have a closet, but has large windows and sleeps two comfortably Bunk Room: 2 Bunk beds and 2 twin beds sleeping 6 (upstairs- only bedroom upstairs!) Bedroom 3: One queen bed sleeping 2 (lower level) Bedroom 4: One full bed sleeping 2 (lower level) A total of 14 guests at max capacity. Guest Access: The entire home. The Neighborhood: We are located in a quiet neighborhood along the shores of Silver Lake! This is a family-friendly neighborhood & one that will allow for peace and relaxation! We appreciate no parties / large gatherings / events on site. This includes bachelorette & bachelor parties! If your group is looking for a location that allow for these, please contact us to see if another home will fit your needs! Getting Around: The home is 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City. Other Things to Note: Check-In: Is at 4 pm (Early Check-in is not possible due to our cleaning crew needing to complete their work) Check-Out: Is at 10 am (We are unable to accommodate late check-out, our cleaning service will arrive at the house promptly at 10 AM.) *Please note when booking you will incur the following charges under Required Fees: - Processing Fee: 3% - Cleaning Fee: $550 In addition, you will also be charged with a security Deposit of $1500 fully refundable within 14 days of your stay, as long as no damages occur.
