Family vacation in Stockholm!

Welcome to our house in Täby which is the perfect place to visit the Stockholm area both in the winter and summer time. The house (2 floors, 200 m2) is very modern and light and easy to live in, and you can enjoy sun all day on two lovely terraces (with sea glimps). The surroundings are beautiful; you can swim in the sea or in a nearby lake in the morning (or skate in the winter) and then get ready for a busy day in the great city of Stockholm, which is only 20 min away. Very pleasant two floor house, 200 m2 with two large south facing verandas with a glimpse of Stora Värtan (the sea). 1st floor: Large hallway. Two bedrooms and one living room (can also be used as a bedroom). Bathroom with shower and a room with laundry facilities. 2nd floor: Very light and welcoming living room with fireplace connected to a dining place and a nice and functional kitchen. Master bedroom and a smaller bedroom. Bathroom with bathtub. Direct access to veranda. The garden (960 m2) is a secluded wooded site with two terraces with sun from morning to evening. Parking for two cars in front of the entrance. The south part of Viggbyholm in Täby is an excellent place to stay with beautiful surroundings; the sea, a lake (Rönningesjön) and lots of forest but still very close to the center of Stockholm and Täby. There are many possibilities for sports nearby; tennis, badminton and squash courts, ice rink, soccer practices, horseback riding, gyms, golf courses, and many enjoys the paths on the beautiful coastline and the forest trails. Buses or trains to Stockholm center are about 5 minutes away. We live on a calm street with great neighbors, many of them families with children. The house is modern, very light and easy to live in. We really think you will enjoy living here as much as we do and by living here you get the best of two worlds; the possiblity of waking up in a calm surrounding, taking your morning coffee on the terrace and your morning walk by the sea and then either take the train or car east (to the archipelago) or west/south to Stockholm city center and all this wonderful city has to offer. You will have access to the whole house and the whole garden except from one storage and one freezer. You will have someone that can assist you during the whole stay. The house is situated on a calm blind alley. Lots of families as neighbours. Close to a horse stable, a marina and lots of nice walking paths. The sea is 400 m away and during winter it's perfect to skate here (or at the lake which is 1, 5 km away). A large grocery store 5 min away by car (15 min walking), a smaller grocery store next to train station and another small store 10 min away by foot. Lots of playgrounds nearby and a of course the house's own great fun garden to play in! Two parking places in front of the house, possibility of parking more cars on the road in front of the house. Local bus to Täby centrum and to commecting buses 5 min from house. Train to Stockholm 10 min away walking distance. Possibility of borrowing bikes. If you would like there are possibility to borrow ice skates, sledges or bicycles.
