The Pippins studio flat

Set in the pretty rural hamlet of Thorncote Green Bedfordshire, Pippins studio flat is a great place 2-3 people to stay with a swimming pool, hot tub and sauna and easy access to London. This spacious property is a studio flat situated on the ground floor of Pippins. With its own private wheel chair friendly access, the studio also has a kitchen with electric hob , fridge freezer, microwave etc which leads to a very spacious bedroom/living room with a very comfortable (DB Dreamworks Beds) pull down double bed. We can also add a further bed for children. Views from the studio are of the pretty garden to the rear and the attractive village green to the front. The bathroom has full disabled access with shower. The guest has private access to the studio from outside the house so can come and go independently. They can also use an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna for free. I live in Pippins and I will meet my guests at the property. This is rural England with the green, a working farm opposite Pippins, good pubs, pleasant walks, a lovely old church at Northill, Mayday celebrations at Ickwell, and very easy access to London by train (31-50 mins) Cambridge by car(45 mins), Oxford (1hour) and other places of interest. I have lived in Thorncote Green for 10 years and know the area and locals very well.I have also used Pippins as a base for travelling to London, Cambridge, Oxford etc. I can help you find your way around and can recommend local walks, attractions and good restaurants, local farmers markets etc. Local Attractions are: Shuttleworth Swiss Garden – approx 7 mins drive, 20 mins walk Shuttleworth aircraft museum which has various very well attended shows thoroughout the year. London - easy access by train and so LOVELY to leave for Pippins peace! Cambridge - approx 30 mins drive Woburn Safari Park – approx 30 mins drive Woburn Abbey - approx 30 mins drive Bedford - approx 15 mins drive Wimpole Hall - approx 20 mins drive Moggerhanger Park – approx 5 mins drive, 30 mins walk Pippins is only 5 minutes off the A1 which makes it an easy and luxurious stop off on a long journey and also easy access to drive to London approx 1hr or by train from Biggleswade 28-45 mins depending on which train you take. London Luton airport is approximately 45min drive and London Stanstead approximetely 1hr drive. Parking is on a private driveway and also garage can be provided should you need it.
