Come enjoy a peaceful, comfortable farm stay home in the gold country. We have river, lake, wineries, golfcourse, hiking, biking trails, and fine restaurants nearby. Or just relax in a private retreat. We are hosted rental property. Someone will be staying in a RV 200 ft from the rental house. You will not notice I'm there. Let me know if you have any specific questions. Our home is located in 11 acres lot, shaded with beautiful oak trees. Beyond our property, we are close to many outdoor activities. We are right next to Apple Hill and small wineries. We encourage guests also to explore historic downtown Placerville that offers nice boutiques, antique stores, and many good restaurants. A scenic bike trail from our house also takes you directly into Placerville downtown. Golfing at Apple golfcourse, hiking horsetail falls, fishing, kayaking at Sly park, or water rafting on the American river will fully recharge your energy. You may enjoy a beautiful drive to South Tahoe. Or just chill and relax at our restful property. We provide free-range eggs from 10 adorable chickens. 2 level home with comfortable, clean, and very spacious rooms, patio, and garden. I'll be glad to answer any questions via phone or text.
