Evita Apartment is a new Apartment equipped with all necessary that you will need for pleasant stay in Karlovac. The Apartment is fully furnished with high quality, hand made furniture. Electricity is installed due to the highest standards with low consumption and high efficiency, the same for all-electric devices that are installed in an Apartment. Besides apartment Evita, we are offering electric bicycles for pleasant and easy City Sightseeing. Hand made furniture, electric bicycles, neighborhood, and great opportunity to discover the Karlovac - city on the four river with a great history. The Apartment is fully equipped with brand new stuff and it is located in quiet neighborhood. You have on disposition, only for yourself, the whole apartment with one big bedroom, nice living space connected with the kitchen and slightly separated from the entrance. Nice bathroom with shower in level with the bathroom flore and sink with a big mirror. Of course that we will be available for all your questions 24/7 and for all support that you will need. My neighborhood is very friendly and you will feel like you are home. In the Caffee bar you can drink coffee with local people they are friendful and pleasant for talk. Do not be surprised when you walk trough the neighborhood that people greets you because that is a custom especially in Karlovac. In whole neighborhood you are allowed to park your car for free. Only 50 meters from the apartment you will find a public transportation bus station that operate trough Karlovac, but I highly recommend to walk or use a bicycle. Karlovac is famous for its 4 river and great history. Nearby you have a nice Caffee bar and high quality restaurant with typical Croatian cuisine. Only 150 meters there is the main river in Karlovac - the Kupa where you can spent your time for walking or running.
