Very well sized lounge with oak floors, AGA wood burning stove, Laura Ashley sofas, through to very well equipped kitchen with large oak storage units and large range cooker. Dining room has large oak dining table and chairs, and beautiful open fire place with cast iron grate and fire dogs. Stairway leads to landing and beautiful bathroom with very large roll-top bath with shower attachment, also traditional WC and wash basin with a mix of contemporary fittings. Bedroom 1 room has a king sized oak sleigh bed, with ample floor too ceiling fitted wardrobes and storage. Bedroom 2, which leads off bedroom 1 has a very comfortable trundle bed which can be used as a single, double or 2 single beds. There doors to all bedrooms so privacy is kept. Good sized enclosed garden has ample room for entertaining, with grass areas and patio area with teak table and chairs. New to Charity School Cottage is our beautiful new wood fired hot tub, upto seating for 6, bubbles, massaging hydro jets, 39 degrees and LED lighting. Tub has remote temperature controls in the cottage so easily monitored from comfort of an armchair. Just beautifully relaxing in all weathers and times of the day. There is a bus service from the village to most towns in the surrounding area. Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick, Leamington Spa and Moreton in Marsh all have train stations.
