Retreat to a garden hideaway for a peaceful stay in a pretty village. Enjoy one of the best of walks in the country, right from the Saxon church opposite the house. Visit the historic town of Lincoln only 35 mins drive away. Studio flat with modern kitchen and dining area, separate shower room and comfortable, stylish furnishings. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, oven, hob, and microwave. A double wooden-slatted bed for sleeping, fitted with a high quality posture sprung mattress. There is separate single mattress available for a child. There is a TV/DVD, and internet connection for laptops. There is an ironing board provided and an iron may be supplied from the main house.The studio is located in the garden at the back of the house, with superb views and an ample patio (including BBQ and outdoor furniture). It is just a few steps from the main house, but a completely private dwelling with off road parking. Nettleton is in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds and I will be on hand to point out the delightful local walks. The pretty village has a shop and pub serving food, plus a holiday park offering swimming, fishing and other sports. A 15 minute walk away the market town Caistor offers a few more shops, cafes and pubs. Further afield you can explore the pretty market town of Louth, historical Lincoln with medieval church & castle, plus the beach front at Cleethorpes and fish & chips fresh from Grimsby docks!
