The barn is 200 years old & situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.2 miles away & you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food. Woburn, Eversholt, Steppingley & Ampthill villages are nearby. The barn is an open plan self contained detached property with off road parking. The main living space has a sofa, dining table and chairs, lovely flame effect fire, TV on the wall and fully fitted kitchen. The double bed can be left down or you can fold it into the wall. Bi-folding doors lead to a patio area with an outdoor table and chairs. There is an en-suite shower room leading off from the lounge area. You can park on the private drive in front of the barn.
