Apt. Beatrice B&B in old Villa, wifi and parking, meals and services available
Located in Impruneta, in the Florentine Chianti area, Apartament Beatrice is a spacious studio with a lovely covered balcony, set in an authentic XVI century manor Villa. The Villa, Villa Saladini, was built at the beginning of the Florentine Renaissance and, with its 500 years of history, is an incredible testimony of life in Tuscany in the XVI century. The interior of the Villa, the magnificent living room with a stone fireplace and the small chapel with the family tombs, as well as the other rooms furnished with a rich collection of antiques, can be visited free of charge on request. The property is surrounded by a large park with lawns and shady areas under the pines and secular cedars, beyond which there are hectares of olive groves. Free WiFi and private parking. Despite being surrounded by greenery, the Villa is located less than 1km from the town center, shops, restaurants and all kinds of amenities. There is also a convenient bus line that connects the town directly with the center of Florence. There is a bus stop right outside the entrance gate. The car is therefore not necessary to visit Florence, while it is recommended if you want to explore the countryside and the small villages of Chianti. If you come by car, the Villa is located a few kilometers from the main roads and is in a perfect position to explore Tuscany. We are located just 7 km from the "Firenze - Impruneta" exit of the A1 motorway and from the beginning of the highway that connects Florence with Siena. From here you can easily reach all the places of cultural interest and the most beautiful places in Tuscany the Beatrice Apartment is a romantic studio of about 35 square meters consisting of: • Large room with double bed, kitchenette, electric oven, dining area with table and 4 chairs, flat-screen TV and washing machine. • Bathroom with shower, • Delightful private balcony with table and chairs and views of the park and the olive groves. From the other windows of the apartment you can enjoy a beautiful view of the hills. Antique terracotta floors and high ceilings decorated by hand. All the furniture and paintings hanging on the walls are vintage and belong to our family collection. The walls are more than 50 centimeters thick, as was once used in this type of buildings to ensure a cool environment even in the hottest summers. The Beatrice Apartment is located on the first floor of the Villa. In the garden you will find a table and chairs for outdoor dining and deckchairs to relax under the shade of old trees or in the large sunny lawn.
