This house, located in Les Trois-Moutiers, is ideal for 6 vacationers. It offers 3 bedrooms, a furnished garden, a terrace and WiFi. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book in front of the fireplace or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, WiFi, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and an iPod docking station. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table which seats 8 or outside, in the garden or on the terrace. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 including a double bed and 1 including 2 single beds. Several bathrooms are available, one with a shower and a toilet and one with a bathtub. The house features a washing machine, a dressing room, central heating, ironing equipment, a desk and a vacuum cleaner. Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Final cleaning must be done by the guests or can be available with additional 100 euros to be paid on site. A tourist tax of 0.88 euros per person per night will be required upon arrival. Parking is available at location (included on the rental price). Smoking inside is not allowed. Pets are allowed on demand. Parties are not allowed. The owner lives near the property.
