The fridge will be stocked with continental breakfast goodies on the first day of arrival. The property has its own access and outdoor space. Ideal for those looking for a place to stay within walking distance to the award winning village. The property does have low ceilings throughout. We apologise but due to the elevated position of The Look Out @ Stable Yard the property is not suitable for disabled access or clients with walking difficulties. Unfortunately the property is not suitable for children . The Look Out @ Stable Yard is a self contained property. Inside: *Kitchen with 2 burner induction hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, sink, toaster and kettle (tea and coffee supplied) * Bathroom with walk in shower. * Living room with wood burning stove, seating area, smart TV, games. * Wifi throughout the property * Flight of stairs to carpeted bedroom with double bed, luxury mattress, seating area & wardrobe. * Balcony use, far reaching views. * Small garden area with patio and BBQ * Washing line Th Look Out is a family run property, we are available on site to offer assistance if needed. Grayshott is a five minute walk away and has a wide variety of shops, restaurants and other great things to see and do. Enjoy our local pub, the "Fox and Pelican" check out "Applegarth" our local farm shop and restaurant. And don't forget the world famous "Grayshott Pottery" for breakfast / lunch and stunning ceramics. Restaurants: Grayshott has a Nepalese restaurant 'The Gurkha Durbar' an Indian restaurant 'Bayleaf' a Chinese takeaway 'The Famous Chef' a Kebab takeaway and an award winning fish and chip shop called Frankie's. Walking: The property is within walking distance to Waggoners Wells, Ludshot Common, Devils Punch bowl, a short drive will take you to Frensham Ponds and many areas of outstanding beauty. We are set within the picturesque, award winning village of Grayshott on the edge of the South Downs National Park and the National Trust Commons at The Devils Punchbowl and Hindhead Common. We are walking distance to the beautiful lakes of Waggoners Wells. We are idyllically situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty and located between London and the south coast. Frensham Ponds are a 10 minute drive. The market towns of Haslemere, Farnham and Guildford are all within 15 minutes by car with fast access links provided locally by the A3 and the Hindhead Tunnel. Peaceful and secluded, situated on the Surrey/Hampshire/West Sussex borders we provide the perfect opportunity from which to explore the best the South has to offer including the local tracks ideal for walkers, cyclists, horse riders and nature lovers.
