Top floor of 2 story house. 3 bedroom suite

The very private 2nd floor suite of a two story house available. It consists of 3 bedrooms with brand new memory foam beds, a private bathroom, and a private media room with a 4 ft. mini refrigerator/freezer, couch, smart tv, and PlayStation. I live on the 1st floor but I’m not there full time(I’m easy to get along with when I am). The 1st floor is off limits unless advanced permission is obtained first. Upon permission to use the first floor amenities of full kitchen and laundry room; tenants will be required to clean up immediately after cooking and required to remove clothing from the laundry machines as soon as the machines have finished their cycles. The garage is not available for use however, the driveway will park two vehicles. There’s a nice brewery and a river walk within 1 mile.
