Borrowfield lodge is managed by the property owners Nigel and Dawn Langley and it is of paramount importance to us that our guests, from the point of booking with us to the point they are leaving us, they have a trouble free and relaxing experience. We have had the pleasure of welcoming many guests back to the lodge which I hope is a testament to this. Nicely decorated comfortable double room with garden views and separate private bathroom, Next door to room, comprising of double bed, chair to relax as well as a desk to work at. Luxury Robes are provided along with tea and coffee making facilities. A fridge is also available. Flat screen TV with Sky and Netflix packages are provided. Vehicle access is through the electric gates to the front of the property. Your mobile phone number will be added to the gate and on arrival simply call the number and the gates will open to allow entrance to the property. The same applies when leaving the property. There are plenty of spaces available to park on our driveway and someone will be here to greet you on your arrival Borrowfield Lodge is a charming Victorian property built in 1870 with lots of local history and has been lovingly restored by the Langley family. Set in landscaped grounds Located in Spondon just 4.0 miles from Derby city centre. Borrowfield Lodge is located in Spondon just 4.0 miles from Derby city centre,. With direct access onto the A52, it is only 4.5 miles ( 8 mins ) from the M1 junction 25. This offers very easy access to our property without the city centre traffic congestion. We are 5 Minutes drive from Elvaston castle country park and within a few minutes drive from a number of shops, takeaways and village pubs. There are good public transport routes right outside the property for a short trip into Derby with train stations within 10 minutes drive. Guests will have access to the dining room which will provide a comfortable area to work, relax and watch Sky TV with complimentary tea and coffee
