Lovely little cottage in beautiful surroundings.

Welcome to stay in our lovely cottage, 1 hours drive from Gothenburg, perfect for the small family. Only ten minutes drive to lovely beaches. Nice walking/running paths just outside, connecting to nature reservoar. Enjoy the terass with sunshine from early morning. Trampoline in garden. Mysig stuga i söderläge och vindskyddad. Passar lilla familjen, närhet till fina stränder, kultur. Bra studsmatta och cyklar i befintligt skick ingår. The cottage is 3 km from Pilane and you can take a nice walk to this world known outside sculpture exhibition, exposing sculptures in the nature and take a coffee at the lovely café just close to the exhibition. For swimming and baths, you take the car approximately ten minutes as the sea nearby is more of a channel and not for swimming. Guest has the house for themselves and the whole garden, there are no other guests/ owners on the premises. We are available during your stay, and we live 1hours drive away, so close enough to help out if needed, but you get your own space during your stay. Nice things to do is to go to the Nordic Aquarell Museum, drive to Sundsby Säteri for a harder walk and café visit. We also suggest you to visit one of the non-cars/traffic islands outside Tjörn , such as Häron, Dyrön, Åstol or Klädesholmen. All fantastick places for sunny lazy days where you can go for nice walks, swimming or just to have dinner at one of the lovely restaurants (Magasinet, Åstols Rökeri, Salt och Sill). You reach the islands with the public transport - Västtrafik - ferries. And it is not more than 10-20 minutes drive to reach the parking. Or why not drive for cheap shopping at Göksäter at Orust. Or take a tour with the bikes on the peninsula just across the cottage. Grocery shopping is done at ICA Kållered or at the big supermarket Ica in Skärhamn. The well known Pilane outdoor art exhibition w can be reached by a lovely 20 minutes walk from the house. There is also a nice café. A car is a must. Guests do the cleaning if not bought at booking and cleaning material and instructions are in the cottage. You got the comfort you need such as dishwasher, grill, washing machine (the washing machine is in the cellar), some toys for kids, grill, dvd, TV, and a trampoline perfect for kids who loves gymnastics in the garden. Please be aware that guests bring towels and linen or it can be rented. Also guests clean themselves, cleaning material in cottage. Just outside the cottage are lovely walk/run paths. The sea can be reached in a few minutes via these paths, although this water is not swimmable, as it has been classed as a nature reservate, so it is more of a channel from the sea, although very peaceful and beautiful. Lovely surroundings just around the corner in which you can do long walks, go for a run or a bike cykle trip. Bikes are included in the price, although old bikes in "current condition". Two bikes for adults and two bikes for kids (approximate ages, 9-11) Nice beaches are reached after driving a short while, around 10-15 minutes, and we supply you with suggestions at our arrival. There are plenty of nice beaches around, such as Kyrkesund, Röra Strand, Toröd and Stockevik. Go to Björholmens Marina, buy fresh fish on the way and take an ice cream or have dinner at Björholmen Marina. There is also a lovely sand beach there.
