Sant'Anna Giardino - sleeps 6

Sant'Anna Giardino is a lovely flat with a large garden that doubles your living space. Modern furnishing inside, garden lounge with table and chairs to enjoy the outside space too!! A large Zebra print on the wall and a black and white theme in the living area!! The pool is shared with the complex but it's very large and has ample deck space so you aren't cramped and you have your space, also pool loungers are available for you to use. The swimming pool is open from 1st June to 15th September. If you are travelling in a larger group but everyone wants their own private space, we have 4 flats in the Sant'Anna complex and can sleep up to 20 people so great for family reunions and wedding parties. Entering the Hamlet of Sant'Anna of Pianello del Lario, you will find the complex on your left, it is quite large but very nicely presented. The Giardino flat is in the group of buildings just past the pool so only steps away for the children from the fun area! The garden is L shaped and wraps around the front of the apartment. Fully gated with a hedge separating you from the rest of the complex so the garden is also quite private. Entering the flat you are welcomed by the very modern high quality furnishing and the black and white theme! Fully equipped kitchen, dining space that divides the kitchen from the living area so an open space concept, there is also a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 children. Up the stairs to the sleeping area, there are 2 bedrooms, one master with Queen size beds and the second with 2 single beds. The large family bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a shower, basin, bidet and WC. There is private parking just below the complex that is for the condo so you will not be short of a parking space. Pianello del Lario is a lovely residential town that is made up of a number of hamlets. Sant'Anna is approx 3 minutes driving from the lake. Approx 10 minutes walking thru foot paths and shortcuts so not walking on the road all the time. The town is well served with a fantastic baker, a mini market, a cafe and a few restaurants. There is a lovely lake front promenade that connects Pianello to Cremia going south and Musso going north, we highly recommend this walk as you will discover new beaches and the nearby towns are nice to discover. Pianello is approx 15 minutes drive to Menaggio going south, the larger town of the central lake area and 10 minutes to Gravedona going north, a lovely lake front town with lovely historic sights to discover.
