The studio villa is a self-contained modern 25 sqm residence, completed in January 2019. All quality furniture and appliances are brand new, with a 55 inch wall-mounted Smart-TV including 60 channels and free Netflix and HBO. Strong and fast Wifi. Fully equipped kitchen will all appliances needed. Separate shower and toilet facilities. There is a comfy double sofa bed (sleeps 2, can be separated) on the ground floor and a 6 sqm mezzanine/loft where 2 additional persons can sleep on proper beds. Barbeque and lounge furniture (in the summer) on your own large patio. Free gated parking is available. Access to a tennis court within walking distance. Bicycles can be rented from owners at SEK 150 per bike and day. The rent includes: - Bed linens and towels - An initial charge of soap and toilet paper - Main staples such as coffee/tea, spices etc - Wireless network and cable-TV incl. HBO and Netflix - Free use of gated parking Entire guest house and patio Hosts are fluent in English, Swedish and Danish, and always available on phone. The studio villa with a large sun patio stands next to the main villa in a beautifully appointed garden, in a quiet and leafy neighborhood. It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in Sweden, on the island of Lidingö, Stockholm, and within a 10 minute walking distance to both the bridge to Stockholm and the Lidingö center with plenty of shops and a large supermarket / wine shop. It is also close to the Lidingö Golf Club and several beaches. It is the perfect accommodation if you want to be able to bike into Stockholm city center, yet staying a bit away from the hustle and buzz. Only a mere 6 km (3.7 miles), or 10 minutes by car, from the residence to Stureplan, which is considered the heart of Stockholm. Two minutes walking distance to a bus stop with public transport into Stockholm. Otherwise Uber works very well. The Guest house is optimal for 2 adults, but an additional 2 kids would still be perfectly fine for the space. Four adults would be cramped, but doable. Due to potential guest allergies, we do not accept pets.
