Take your bucket and spade to the beaches on the North Wales coast, or take a trip to Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. Tuck in to a bison burger at Rhug Farm Shop near Corwen, or hire a bike to go riding in the local forests. Beach 15 miles. Shop 4 miles, pub 2½ miles and restaurant 2 miles.
