Tweed Cottage, just off the High St in Peebles

Tweed Cottage is a charming traditional built 140 year old one bed cottage suitated in the heart of Peebles, just off the High Street. Peebles, located in the Scottish Borders, has so much to offer with cafes, bars, restaurants, many shops, lovely walks and so much more! Nearby is Glentress which is ideal for cyclists and adventurists that would love the Go Ape facility there. Tweed Cottage can also store up to three bikes in a secure hut attached to the property. Free parking is available on Tweed Green/surrounding street or there is a large car park near by (charges apply Saturdays) Full cottage, hut and garden area. Access to cottage is via digital lock. Code given a day or two before arrival. I am available via email and phone. As a qualified Reflexologist, I am able to visit the cottage during your stay depending on my availability. Advance booking essential. Tweed cottage is located conveniently off Peebles High Street down a quiet private pathway. It faces a church (quiet bells) and is very peaceful. There is off street parking available beside Tweed Green however there is also a regular bus service to Edinburgh and to Melrose. There is a taxi rank located at the end of the lane leading to the High Street from Tweed Cottage. Minimum stay 2 nights. No pets allowed. The cottage can sleep 5 people however the single bed is mostly suitable for small adult/child. Fully compliant with Scottish Fire Regulations. All smoke alarms and heat alarm connected to the electrical mains which has also been fitted with an rcd for extra safety. There are carbon monoxide detectors and all appliances have been pac tested by a qualified electrician.
