Seaview Residence in the beautiful Melissi

My apartment is located in Melissi with an amazing view of Corinthian Gulf. The apartment is also next to the sea( aprox. 5minutes by car) and also next to seaside cities like Xilokastro and Kiato. The neighborhood is very quiet so the place is suggested to people who seek chilly and relaxing vacations. This beautiful and cozy house is 105 sqmeters and provides all the necessary facilities needed. Especially it has two specious rooms and two bathrooms. One room has a double bed and the other has two single beds. Both of them are equipped with air-condition. Moreover the living room is also specious with a fireplace, comfortable sofa and a full-equipped kitchen with facilities such as fridge,oven and kitchenware. A spacious balcony of the living room is ideal for taking breakfast and/or dinner overlooking the sea and share beautiful moments with your family or friends. The house is easily accessible from the airport in Athens via the suburban train (trip duration 1.30hr) or by car (trip duration ~90min) My top priority is to be physically present 24/7 if my guests need me. Although i live in Athens, i usually passes the summer holidays in Melissi so some of us might be to the apartment above of yours. Apart from that I am also trying to be as discreet as possible and let them enjoy their stay. The apartment is located in a very quiet and tranquil area next to crystal blue and clean coasts
