The spacious apartment is the entire first floor of a newly renovated 3 story building. It is close to Regensburg, the city center, parks, great views. The place is about 85 sq. meters and is fully equipped to guarantee a complete experience. It consists of two bedrooms, a combined spacious kitchen/living room,a bathroom with shower cabin and a bath tub. You’ll love it because of the outdoor space, the neighborhood and the comfy beds. Great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families. Dining kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and oven. Conveniently access to the front patio. Take a hot bath in the bath tub and relax. The apartment can easily accommodate 4 people. The big bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The other bedroom has two single beds. The living room has a comfortable leather couch. Bed linen and towels included; The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap. There is no internet available for the guests to use. Please note that if you have mobile data internet plan you will have good reception within the property. Even though the TV it does not have regular German cable channels, it has HD Netflix and YouTube for you to watch and enjoy on the TV in the living room. Guests have exclusive access to the two bedrooms, the living room the bathroom and the kitchen/dining room in the apartment.
