Parking available on site for more than one car. Has shade of large fir trees over driveway. Quadra Island has 24 hour taxi service, but no commercial bus service. Ride share signs throughout the Island which are used regularly. Wifi with limited data due to Island living. Home has computer laptop with some movies for your enjoyment. No television cable available, but 3G service always strong and available. (ie. not in a dead zone). Speakers attached to laptop to use with cell phone to play music or radio. Fire pit. (Please check fire bans). House states UP to 4 persons. Likely best suited for a couple, single family, or parents and child(ren), as it has an open design. Unrelated adults may wish more privacy. Your call! Similiarly, the property is not fenced and has a steep drop off in the front. May be something to consider with young children. Recently discovered a public beach right of way (rocky) to left of house marked with a Canadian flag at the top of the driveway. Can walk along the rocks at lower tide. Seascape resort is currently for sale, so will hopefully engage the new owners in re-establishing access there when property is purchased. (You’re welcome to ask - currently property in receivership so not sure what is happening). Also, steep trail to left of house on empty lot down to the water.
