Living in the former Mediterranean winegrower's homestead

Our newly built, quiet apartment on the ground floor of an outbuilding of our former winery is approximately 45 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has its own entrance and an outdoor seating area for breakfast in the morning sun and a covered seating area for bad weather. There is good access to public transport and the Rhine-Hesse cycle path network. The highway can be reached quickly. Nice holiday accommodation for couples, solo travelers and families with children. The new and comfortable apartment has a fully equipped kitchen corner including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle etc. In the large living room there is a pull-out sofa bed (2 m x 1.40 m). In the bedroom there are two single beds (2 mx 1 m) that can be put together or apart. A washing machine is available in the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. In sunny weather, the electricity is generated by our solar system on the barn. We live in the main house of the former winegrower's farm and are happy to give tips on leisure activities in the area. There is a small, well-stocked vegetable shop on our street, and a grocery discounter with a bakery is within walking distance. In Wörrstadt 5 km away there is an organic shop, bakery, supermarkets, discounters etc. and not to forget the beautiful Neubornbad. Rheinhessen tastes good - In the apartment there is an extensive information brochure about ostrich restaurants, restaurants, vinotheques, vintner cafes in the neighboring towns and other brochures about tourist destinations, hiking trails, bike paths ...
