One bedroom flat in Marlow

New one bedroom flat in Marlow. Great location. Short walk into the centre. Bus stops close by. Free parking on site. Will accommodate 2 people comfortably but there is a sofa bed that can sleep an extra 1-2 people if required. This is a newly built flat adjoining a detached house. The exterior front door is shared. This leads into a corridor off which there is the front door into the main house (no access) and a staircase that leads to the front door of the flat. During your stay you will have access to the entire flat and will not have to share any spaces with the residents of the main house except for the exterior front door and common corridor space. The flat is bright and airy, receiving lots of sunshine during the day. There are black out blinds on the windows, to ensure you have a good night’s sleep. The flat has an open plan living/dining area and kitchen. There is a small private balcony with access from the living area. There is a double bedroom, one toilet and a shower. All amenities are provided including washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, dishwasher, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, cafetière, TV, WiFi and a fan. Shared driveway. Common hallway entrance. Entire flat. Someone will meet and greet you on arrival if available. Besides that, there probably won’t be very much interaction with guests. My parents live in the main house so you may see them coming in and out. You can contact me at any time via AirBnb, email or phone, if there are any problems. If it is something urgent and you cannot get hold of me then please do knock on the front door to the main house and my parents will be more than happy to help. Marlow is a great place to base yourself if you like food as there are a lot of great restaurants nearby! I’ve listed some below: - The Hand & Flowers, Marlow - the only pub in the UK with two Michelin stars. Chef Tom Kerridge. - The Coach, Marlow - another of Tom Kerridge’s restaurants. - The Pointer, Brill - a lovely village pub. Chef James Graham. - The Mash Inn, Bennett End - a boutique inn where food is cooked on an open fire. Chef Jon Parry. - The Sir Charles Napier, Chinnor - another Michelin star restaurant. - The Jolly Cricketers, Seer Green - won a Bib Gourmand in the Michelin Guide 2012. - The Fat Duck, Bray - three Michelin stars. Chef Heston Blumenthal. - The Crown, Bray - also belongs to Heston Blumenthal. - The Hinds Head, Bray - the third of Heston’s restaurants in the area. - The Waterside Inn, Bray - another three star Michelin restaurant, with French cuisine. There is one free parking space on site and plenty of free street parking. There are bus stops within a few minutes walk to High Wycombe and Reading. The centre of Marlow is about a 15 minute walk. There is a train station on the other side of town (about 30 minute walk) to Bourne End, Cookham and Maidenhead. The bed is a UK king size bed measuring 150cm by 200cm. The allocated parking space is on the right hand side of the driveway, which is shared with other users, so please do not obstruct the entrance/garage.
