We are Helen and Mike, both advanced Paramedics with a 2 bed house offering the spare bedroom with 1 large single bed and wardrobe space. You will have full access to the garden, bathroom with bath/shower, Kitchen/diner with gas cooker/white goods, lounge, washing machine & the garage can be used for bike storage. There is a wonderful waterside pub just a 8 minute walk away & other essentials like pool, gyms, high Street shopping, petrol station and food shop within a mile. Our second bedroom is for your use with use of half the built in sliding mirrored wardrobe with drawers, 1 large single bed with 1 other single which can fold out and up if you desire, a sliding lock on the inside of the bedroom if you wish to use it. (Hidden by Airbnb) Home is set up in the bedroom and living room offering control of lights and music if you enjoy technology like Helen...(Mike hates technology and insists on using a fountain pen and candlestick Bakelite telephone from the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) s!) You will have full use of the whole house including sunny garden, decking and seating, superfast WiFi, NOW TV, HIVE, (Hidden by Airbnb) HOME, dishwasher, oven and gas stove and washing machine. House security alarm fitted if you wish to use it. ***I HAVE A CLEANER WHO VISITS 2-3 TIMES PER MONTH*** There is a key safe on arrival and a spare key for the duration of your stay. Share of whole house, garage, sunny garden and parking. We are always busy with work and study but love to socialise and make new friends so your always welcome to join on our adventures! We have a a spare paddle-board and invite guests to join on a paddle adventure and you are always welcome to join my latin dance lessons. In the past we have celebrated New years eve with my guests, indulged in cheese and wine together, and even went to Barcelona and Australia with another. We have traveled the world and too use Airbnb for almost all our travels away from home so we want to make your stay like home away from home. Super quiet, with a few lovely neighbours, next to a field, 1 mile easy off road walk distance to our local Lakeside pub/restaurant. Amazing pancake house, Japanese restaurant and cocktail bar and gin bar in town along with other essentials like banks and shops. Many gyms and 2 pools within 1 mile. Closest supermarkets are are waitrose and tescos around 1.5 miles. 1 mile Walking distance from town centre all pavemented. 3 Miles to Stoke Mandeville hospital. Buses from my road to town, bus station and train station. 45mins - 1hr train\drive to London. 20mins from Amersham tube station. 35 mins drive from Oxford. TAXIS £3.50 Anywhere in Aylesbury. Millennium FX studio 2.1 miles away. Linen, duvets, pillows, extra blankets and towels are provided. Welcome basket included. We have HIVE controlled central heating and hot water and not fussy about when its turned on because Helen is always cold.
