"Wild Vine" Guesthouse near the beach

Our vintage guesthouse is named after the wild vines found in abundance in the area. We are situated in the pine forest of Agii Anargiri, some 12 km from the village of Spetses and just 5 min. from the largest beach on the island. Our bungalow is built within a private garden and has a private entrance on the main road. It belongs to the famous Boubouli family since the days of the 1821 Revolution and has been recently renovated. It consists of a bedroom, toilet and kitchenette. Within its private guarden, there is also a covered pergola where you will enjoy your breakfast. Get your coffee capsules and use our espresso machine to prepare your cappuccino and enjoy your lovely breakfast! The pergola, the sun beds, the garden and the dinning table are just for you and are not shared with others! You may take a 5 min walk to the nearby beach of Agii Anargyri, to spend your days sunbathing and using the sea sports facilities, or rent a bicycle for a ride through the forest to the beaches of Agia Paraskevi and Xylokeriza. You may use our beach towels and chairs. There is a bus stop just outside your door to reach the village of Spetses, where you can enjoy the cosmopolitan life, visit the museums and shops and admire the local architecture of the 18th century.The bus operates during summer months so please ask for details. “Wild Vines” has been a holiday paradise, since 1916, an ideal place for our guests to spend their quiet holidays by the forest and the sea. You may use the guesthouse and the paved garden in front, the pergola, the sunbathing beds, and the outdoors dinner table. During summer months, we ate usually around. Dont hesitate to call if you need something. We are here to help. Our guesthouse is 5 min walk from Agii Anargiri beach. You can have lunch or dinner in the sea tavern. You may visit the 18th century churches of Saint Anargiri. Come around the corner and visit the main house, a well restored mansion from the times of the 1821 Greek revolution. You may also have the chance to visit the “Magus” house, another wonderful vintage house, in a 15 min walk! Take a walk in the surrounding pine forest and reach the island hilltop, where the views are breathtaking! Visit the historic cave of 'Bekiris' in the northern end of Agii Anargiri beach. Spending your days near the forest and the sea, away from the city noise, is the ideal way to relax on this beautiful and historic island. Take the local bus just outside our door, to get to Palio limani and the village center. Rent a motorbike or an electric bicycle to ride around the island. Call a taxi if your luggage is heavy. It would be a good idea to rent a motorbike or an electric bicycle from the village of Spetses to go around the island. Our guesthouse is close to most of the beaches, so take the opportunity to visit them all! The local bus is running only during summer months. There is also a taxi service that may help on the day of arrival and departure.
