This is a spacious garage conversion offers its own entrance, key pad access, shared drive way in a quiet neighbourhood. To access the house facilities, guest will need to enter from outside either using the front or back door. A Super Host status was given to us for previous hosting. Our space available opens into the garden. You will have access to our inviting living room which is a quiet and comfortable. Our guest comfort is very important to us. Our comfortable home is located 20 mins driving time from the Birmingham city centre and 10 mins from Dudley town centre. We also have regular bus and train services. It's a quiet neighbourhood. We have a lovely park 10 minutes walking distance from the house. Our location is edged near the Dudley/Tipton channel systems, great for walking. Train stations Dudley Port, Sandwell and Dudley are 10 - 15 minutes driving time. Both train stations have have park and ride facilities. There is a key pad that makes access to your area convenient to you. You will be able to access our living area, kitchen, back garden and driveway. I have a large drive way that can accommodate 2 cars, so your vehicle will be safe. I do give my guest/s space but if they need to talk I am available. I do like to give tips about the area and tell people about my culture. I love to offer a cuppa as soon as my guest/s arrive because I like them to feel at home. The Black Museum and Dudley Zoo - 10 minutes walk. There is a large expanse of canal network that surrounds our area giving good and picturesque walking. Tividale Park which is 10 minutes walk. Dudley town centre - 15 minutes bus ride. Birmingham City - up to 40 minutes bus ride, 30 minutes train ride and 30 minutes by own car. Dudley Castle Gate has an array of cinemas, restaurants and bowling venues. Merry Hill shopping centre - 30 minutes drive - own car, 40 minutes - bus. Birmingham Bullring- 20 minutes drive, linked to the tramways. Our comfortable home is located 20 mins driving time from the Birmingham city centre and 10 mins from Dudley town centre. For holiday makers and business, we have; Birmingham town centre with its attractions; NEC, the botanical gardens, museums, back to back, famous nightlife on Broad street, all only 20 minutes away. Uber taxis - £20 or less. lots of famous tournaments are held in and around Dudley and Birmingham - David Lloyd's Tennis Tournaments, NEC shows, 2022 Commonwealth games.
