A special 19th century former surgery in an authentic village in the north of Holland. A typical neo classical building with period details like wooden floors and ceilings. The appartment has a living room, a seperate bedroom and bathroom. The apartment is basic but comfortable. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a small living room with a sofa, which can be turned into another double bed ( so up to 4 people can sleep in the apartment,, but the sofabed is possibly more suitable for children to sleep in).The living room has french doors opening into the garden, in which guests are welcome to sit when the weather permits! Guest have there own entrance. We are happy to share information about the area, restaurants etc. We try to make sure that our guests have a pleasant and relaxing time. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. The house is not far from the village centre. The village is not far from the Waddensea and the dike. Warffum has a railwaystation. Twice an hour service to and from Groningen. Our house is about 10 minutes walk away from the station.
