Very clean and well maintained private bedroom in 1st floor apartment. 1 guest is welcome to spend as much time as they need! The room is in a full apartment that is used for guests only. The house is within 1 mile of most fast food restaurants and convenient stores. Guests have access to a full kitchen and clean living room space with tv Guests can always reach me via text or phone or may just knock on my door to reach me since my apartment is upstairs. For those who like their own private space, the benefit of being downstairs in a full apartment with only other guests is to your benefit. The house is near to mall,train, bus, hospital. If the guest doesn't drive an uber driver is on site. Metro North train station is close by and on the 411 bus line The area and apartment is relatively quiet. Security cameras are installed on the front and back porch. There are no cameras in the apartment.
