The house is in a very quiet village but is five minutes away from the nearest town of Passais and 15 minutes away from Domfront which has all amenities A three storey town house in a small very quiet and relaxing village. The house has a lovely sunny terrace on the first floor with views of the country side , a spacious lounge-dinning room on the ground floor with a kitchen just off of the lounge , which has everything you need to cook dinner or just make a cup of tea / coffeeThe master bedroom can be found on the first floor which has lovely open French windows with views of the country side, accompanied with a family bathroom. The Second floor has a double bedroom equipped with storage for clothing and seating, there is a single bedroom also on the second floor. There is free parking outside the house , the village of Saint Simeon is close to Domfront and a hour and a half from the ferry port. The airport of Dinard is just an hour and a half distance from the house. I can offer a discount for couples and also for longer stays just ask thank you The guests have the use of the whole house I offer a meet and greet service and I am available at all times Saint Simeon is a very quiet village and perfect for getting away and relaxing, it is however close to the beaches of St.Malo and historic towns of Domfront and Fleur. The house has dedicated parking opposite the house.
