A self contained spacious annex with private entrance and ample parking. It has its own balcony for your use with fabulous views. Full English breakfast included, free wifi and a king size bed. The annexe is self contained with access to a balcony on which you can sit .The space is on 3 levels which includes 2 staircases. It has a large tv and a dining table. Breakfast is brought to you in morning . It is very private but not accessible for a wheelchair I’m (Website hidden by Airbnb) has its own entrance. I am very flexible with guests .They are welcome to have absolute privacy but if there is a problem I am available at all times. We live in a village with access to beautiful walks . We have a local pub which is not posh but very friendly. We are 4 miles from uppingham which is a small market town and has a market on a (Website hidden by Airbnb) has various cafes and lovely pubs . Rutland water is a fantastic place for water sports and you can hire bikes to cycle around it. A car is a necessity as the bus service is not always reliable. If you are fit cycling is always a possibility! I have a family cat who can be very friendly and 2 dogs who also are very friendly. Although they do not have access to the annexe I am well aware people do have allergies.
