Holbecks Barn

The Barn is a self contained building adjacent to the main Farmhouse. The Barn is situated in the heart of the picturesque Suffolk countryside. Only a short walk along a quiet country lane takes you to the river and the centre of Hadleigh, a bustling market town, where there are independent shops, cafes, and pubs. The surrounding countryside is perfect for touring, dog walking and cycling. The Barn’s location is an ideal gateway to Constable country, a designated area of natural beauty. There is a large upstairs which is divided into two bedrooms, a large double room and a twin room. The upstairs is accessed by a spiral wooden staircase. Downstairs there is a kitchen with a full size cooker, hob and fridge freezer. The WC and shower room is also situated on the ground floor. The Barn benefits from a large downstairs living space which includes a dining area, TV, sofas and a wood burner which is a relaxing space to return to after a day out exploring. Directly outside the Barn is a private courtyard to enjoy a coffee and the abundance of local bird life. Access to the Barn is by its own separate entrance located in a private courtyard which is adjacent to the main house. There is ample parking for guests on site. The Barn is set in the Suffolk countryside so access is best either by car or bike.
